Shipping and Handling

VENM will process and ship your order as quickly as possible! Depending on quantity and stock, the approximate time for this is 24-72 hours. We use USPS for most shipments, however reserve the right to choose the shipping method. No COD's will be accepted.

During holidays, processing and delivery times may be extended. Please email us at info@venmdancewear.com if you have special shipment requests or need your items by a specific date.

Shipping and handling are based on flat rates of $4.99 for domestic and $12.99 for international shipments. When applicable, we use USPS standard ground shipping.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to return or exchange your items under the following conditions. Unfortunately we won't be able to accept items that don't meet these criteria or are non-returnable:

• All returns must be received within 14 days from delivery of your order.
• All items must be unworn and unwashed with tags attached.

Returns

When you return your purchase please make sure to include your original invoice in your package along with a note explaining the reason for your return. VENM is not responsible for postage or tracking on returned items. After we get your package, your refund will be processed within 4 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please place a new order for that item and return your original purchase for a refund. At this time, we cannot process an exchange unless a new order is placed.

We want to do everything we can to keep you satisfied! If we have made an error from our end (you received the wrong size etc...) we are happy to correct our error.  If a situation like this occurs please email us directly at info@venmdancewear.com and we will resolve the issue.
